Between church service and Bible study, a young man maybe upper 20s says hi. We small talk. Out if nowhere he asks if I know about bitcoin. (Never said a word of bitcoin at church.) We'll, We'll, let's talk.

He brings up memcoins and how crazy they are. Says there was one with somebody on tiktok that shot up then in a few minutes crashed to zero. I know who you're talking about, but didn't want to name hawk tuah just before hoping into Bible study. He named her (both Hawk Tuah girl and Hailey Welch so he must pay attention a bit).

Got the sense he's learning though...said he thinks bitcoin was the first (I assured him it indeed was) and wanted to study some more before making the leap. I told him we'll continue this discussion.

Still, never thought I'd be talking hawk tuah at church. Life is strange.
